Creative Direction/Project Management
Providing creative direction and solutions, managed the re-design of personal insurance product brochure to meet new global branding guidelines.
On rush deadline, managed client request for creative solution to present proposal material to leading media and entertainment company. In addition to working with designers to design a box to hold collateral material, proposed and executed a small bi-fold insert listing and summarizing the contents of the material to include in the package. Met deadline and provided deliverable that exceeded client expectations.
Worked with outside creative services group to re-position existing foreign design of product promotional materials to fit audience of US engineers. Resulted in a dynamic design that appealed to the sales force and audience. The effective package included a folder with an innovative custom die-cut pocket and a coordinating slip-sheet system. The sheets were produced digitally to cut costs and allow for regular additions and updates.
Managed client request to develop a brand identity/icon for five strategies presented in proposal to North America’s largest transportation network. Reviewed proposal material to understand each strategy and provided designer with a summary to help move the creative process along. Produced deliverable supporting targeted client’s goal to create a sense of unity among each individual transportation network.Concept & Design
This business model was created to represent the Client’s Value Proposition. The concept is built around the customer, the nucleus. With the customer at the center, the process works outwards through each step to achieve the customer’s goals not just in terms of money [spent, saved, earned], but also in terms of optimizing the return on investment in their employees.
At the Client’s request, this model was created to better represent an existing model. The model mirrors their Value Proposition above to show the value to the Customer’s Organization and the value to the Customer’s Employees. Shared values for both are shown between the intersection of the two circles.
The Client requested a model to show their recognition process in a snapshot. It not only served as a visual piece, but reduced the amount of pages in their presentation and the time to present considerably. This model was so successful and well received that the owners of the company stated they could use this one model alone at sales meetings to talk about the product. To take the model one step further for on-screen presentation purposes, it was broken down allowing each phase to display/transition separately as it was being presented.Trade Shows and Events
Managed all aspects of various events including golf outings, hospitality parties, meetings, social events, recognition events and business dinners.
Coordinated and executed plans for industry specific tradeshow that included working with display company to purchase pop-up display system for long-term savings in time and money. This panel was designed inhouse to stretch budget and in a consistent style and color palette to create a unified look with existing show guide advertisement and handout materials that resulted in a favorable reception from both sales and prospective clients.
